This Cookie Policy explains how FactorPage uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and on pages created with the Service — factorpage.com, factorpage.io, and factor.page. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember things about your visit — like keeping you signed in — and help site owners understand how their pages are used. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in comparable ways; we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy.
Essential cookies. These are required for the Service to work — for example, keeping you signed in to your dashboard, remembering your session, and protecting against abuse. They cannot be switched off through our settings because the Service does not function without them.
Analytics cookies. We use these to understand how our own websites are used — which pages are visited and how people move through them — so we can improve the Service. On pages created with FactorPage, similar technologies record activity such as when a page is opened and how long it is viewed; that activity is shown to the page owner as analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Preference cookies. These remember choices you make — such as settings in your dashboard — so you don’t have to set them again on each visit.
If you are viewing a page that a FactorPage user shared with you, cookies and similar technologies may be used to make the page work and to record activity on it — such as when it was opened and how long it was viewed — which is shown to the page owner. Viewing a page does not require an account or a login.
Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies. For example, if a page includes an embedded video from a platform like YouTube or Vimeo, that platform may set cookies when the video loads, under its own policies. Payments are handled by our payment partner Creem, which may use cookies during checkout under its own policy.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — including blocking cookies entirely or clearing them after each session. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Service, such as signing in, may not work. Where the law where you live requires consent for certain cookies, we ask for it before setting them.
We may update this Policy from time to time — the “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Questions about cookies: support@factorpage.com. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
